About AdReady

AdReady is an advertising technology company focused on making online display advertising accessible and effective for
advertisers of all sizes. Through AdReady’s data-rich library of proven creative, real-time ad customization tools, and

Traditionally, online display advertising has not been a simple solution for businesses looking to grow their marketing
efforts online. First, while it may be possible for almost anyone to write a two-line text ad, a single high-quality rich-
media ad can cost thousands of dollars to design and build, the process can often take weeks, and there is no assurance
that it will perform well.

Second, developing and executing a successful display media plan has always required a level of knowledge and
experience that most marketers don’t have time to develop, not to mention that many publishers and networks set
campaign budget minimums that start at $25,000 per month.

Finally, the information required to monitor results, optimize campaigns, and develop and test new concepts is often not
available to marketers or is in several different applications and formats. This makes it difficult and time-consuming to
make good decisions on how to maximize return on investment from marketing dollars.

AdReady is out to change all that. The company was founded in 2006 in Seattle with the goal to develop a better way to
do display advertising that works for marketers at all levels of expertise and all budgets. The company is led by a
talented team of internet veterans and backed by solid venture funding. On December 17, 2007, AdReady announced
that it had raised $10 million in venture funding led by the following companies: Bain Capital Ventures, Khosla Ventures
and Madrona Venture Group.
