Seattle-area software startups AdReady, Swype, and TeachStreet won “best in show” at the Washington Technology Industry Association’s Fast Pitch Forum and Tech Showcase yesterday. The winners, selected from 23 presenting companies, were voted on by the audience. The prizes include tickets to Safeco Field.

The OnMedia 100 Award is given to private, emerging technology companies in the advertising, publishing, marketing, branding and public relations spaces. The Web Marketing Association announced the winners of its twelfth annual WebAward Competition for Web site development, which included more than 2,400 sites from 45 countries (entries were judged on design, copywriting, innovation, content, interactivity, navigation, and use of technology).
AdReady was selected as one of the AO250 Global Winners by the AlwaysON editorial team and other industry experts spanning the globe at the AlwaysOn and STVP Summit at Stanford University on July 22 – 24, 2008.
