Aaron Finn – Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board (AdReady)

Aaron FinnAs AdReady’s Chairman and CEO, Aaron is responsible for the company’s strategic vision and day-to-day-operations, as well as leading the company’s sales and marketing strategy.  Aaron co-founded AdReady in 2006 with the goal of empowering marketers to cost effectively create and manage online display campaigns of all sizes. From 1999 to 2005 Aaron was Vice President of Customer Acquisition at Classmates.com where he built one of the Web’s largest, most robust and profitable display advertising programs acquiring over 100 million customers for the social media pioneer.  With AdReady he set out to democratize online display advertising making it accessible to all advertisers and campaign sizes by creating a solution that would reduce creative & technology costs while allowing unrestricted, automated access to all media channels. In 2009 Aaron was named one of Seattle’s 40-under-40 by Puget Sound Business Journal and a Top 25 Innovator by Seattle Magazine.  Aaron began his career in the commercial banking industry and holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Iowa.

Greg Gottesman – Managing Director (Madrona Venture Group)

Greg GottesmanGreg joined Madrona in 1997 and currently serves on the boards of AdReady, Bocada, Intrepid Learning Solutions, Physware, SchemaLogic, SourceLabs, ThinkFire, and WildTangent. He is also a board observer of BuddyTV. Greg managed the firm’s investments in Dantz Development Corporation (prior to its acquisition by EMC), Rendition Networks (prior to its acquisition by Opsware), Singingfish.com (prior to its acquisition by Thomson Consumer Electronics), LiveBid.com (prior to its acquisition by Amazon.com), and AdRelevance (prior to its acquisition by Media Metrix). Before joining Madrona, he worked as an Associate of the Boston Consulting Group. Greg graduated Phi Beta Kappa with honors and distinction from Stanford University, with honors and distinction from the Harvard Business School, and with honors from Harvard Law School where he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review.

Brian McAndrews – Venture Partner (Madrona Venture Group)

Brian McAndrewPrior to joining Madrona, Brian was Senior Vice President at Microsoft Corporation, leading the Advertiser and Publisher Solutions (APS) Group from August 2007 through December 2008. Brian successfully integrated aQuantive, Microsoft’s largest acquisition ever, into the company to help create APS.
Brian served as CEO of aQuantive Inc., one of the fastest-growing global digital marketing companies in the world, from 1999 to 2007. In August 2007, Microsoft acquired aQuantive for $6 billion, Microsoft’s largest acquisition ever. At the time of the acquisition, aQuantive included three distinct business units: Razorfish, Atlas, and DRIVEpm. aQuantive had 50 offices in over 20 countries.

Aaron Averbuch – Chief Technology Officer (AdReady)

Aaron AverbuchAs AdReady’s CTO, Aaron is responsible for developing and executing the company’s product and technology vision as well as leading day-to-day media and engineering operations. With a decade of technical experience Aaron and his team are responsible for delivering the software and operations at the heart of AdReady’s scalable solution including, the creative tools, media center and all-in-one user interface. Aaron previously served as AdReady’s CEO responsible for leading the company’s go-to-market strategy and day-to-day operations and as VP of Technology, focusing on the company’s technical initiatives. Prior to joining the company, Aaron led the work of the Seattle office of Cisco’s Home Network Business Unit (“Linksys”), which he joined via the 2008 acquisition of Pure Networks.  There he drove the technology work for all Windows, Macintosh, and Mobile development for Linksys products, including the award-winning Cisco Connect management software, Network Magic networking suite, and Linksys Router Setup wizards. Prior to Pure Networks/Cisco, Aaron was a Lead Software Developer at Microsoft.  Aaron holds BA and MS degrees from Washington University in St. Louis.

Karl Siebrecht

Karl SiebrechtKarl is the former President and CEO of AdReady. Before joining AdReady, he was general manager in charge of ad platform product management, search and display marketing, and mobile and gaming advertising for Microsoft. Previously, Karl was president of Atlas at aQuantive before its $6B acquisition by Microsoft. Prior to aQuantive, Karl was a manager at Bain & Company in Boston, MA and spent four years in the United States Navy as a Diving Officer. Karl earned an MBA with honors from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College, and a BA in Economics from Duke University. He currently also serves on the Board of Directors of KingFM and EnergySavvy in Seattle.
