Aaron Finn

General Manager, AdReady

As AdReady’s General Manager, Aaron is responsible for the division’s strategic vision and day-to-day-operations, as well as leading the division’s sales and marketing strategy. Aaron, AdReady’s CEO prior to joining CPXi, co-founded AdReady in 2006 with the goal of empowering marketers to cost effectively create and manage online display campaigns of all sizes. From 1999 to 2005 Aaron was Vice President of Customer Acquisition at Classmates.com where he built one of the Web’s largest, most robust and profitable display advertising programs acquiring over 100 million customers for the social media pioneer. With AdReady he set out to democratize online display advertising making it accessible to all advertisers and campaign sizes by creating a solution that would reduce creative & technology costs while allowing unrestricted, automated access to all media channels. In 2009 Aaron was named one of Seattle’s 40-under-40 by Puget Sound Business Journal and a Top 25 Innovator by Seattle Magazine. Aaron began his career in the commercial banking industry and holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Iowa.

Aaron Averbuch

VP of Technology, AdReady

As AdReady’s VP of Technology, Aaron is responsible for developing and executing the division’s product and technology vision as well as leading day-to-day media and engineering operations. With over a decade of technical experience Aaron and his team are responsible for delivering the software and operations at the heart of AdReady’s scalable solution including the creative tools, media center and all-in-one user interface. Prior to AdReady joining CPXi, Aaron served as AdReady’s Chief Technology Officer, focusing on the company’s technical initiatives. Prior to joining AdReady, Aaron led the work of the Seattle office of Cisco’s Home Network Business Unit (“Linksys”), which he joined via the 2008 acquisition of Pure Networks. There he drove the technology work for all Windows, Macintosh, and Mobile development for Linksys products, including the award-winning Cisco Connect management software, Network Magic networking suite, and Linksys Router Setup wizards. Prior to Pure Networks/Cisco, Aaron was a Lead Software Developer at Microsoft, leading major portions of their Anti-Phishing and Windows Update technologies. Aaron holds BA and MS degrees from Washington University in St. Louis.

John Dorais

Vice President, Client Solutions – Major Accounts, AdReady

John brings over 20 years of client services and business development experience to his role in providing strategic guidance to AdReady’s clients. John’s experience in digital marketing goes back over eight years, overseeing the planning and implementation of multi-million dollar digital advertising and marketing programs for Fortune 1000 companies. Prior to joining AdReady in 2011, John successfully built and managed a performance advertising account management team at Marchex, serving several enterprise level corporations. Before Marchex, John managed holistic marketing and advertising programs for major auto manufacturers and their dealers, at Cobalt, a division of ADP. John is a graduate of the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington.

Lara Colton

Vice President of Product and Media Operations, AdReady

Lara leads both AdReady’s Product and Media Operations groups, and is responsible for AdReady’s product design as well as platform integrations. As one of the earliest members of the company, she has contributed to several areas of growth including operational infrastructure, optimization strategy, ad serving integration as well as developing and managing standardized processes for client support. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, Lara has held roles in a variety of areas including ad operations, analytics reporting, account management and creative design. Prior to joining AdReady she was a member of the Customer Acquisition and Analytics team at Classmates Online.
