Aaron Finn

Aaron co-founded Adready in 2006 with the goal of empowering marketers of any size to easily and effectively advertise online. He has focused on making AdReady a pioneer in the fast-growing display advertising sector. Prior to AdReady, Aaron launched [ia] Interactive Inc., a traditional online advertising agency, and he was also a consultant to technology and consumer businesses. Aaron was a founding executive of Classmates Online, where he served as Vice President of Customer Acquisition and Business Reporting & Analytics. From 1999 through 2004, he had full responsibility for growing and managing Classmates’ customer acquisition programs and online marketing budget, which consistently ranked as one of the ten largest in the world during his tenure. Aaron began his career in the commercial banking industry and holds a BA in Business from the University of Iowa.

Brian McAndrew

Prior to joining Madrona, Brian was Senior Vice President at Microsoft Corporation, leading the Advertiser and Publisher Solutions (APS) Group from August 2007 through December 2008. Brian successfully integrated aQuantive, Microsoft’s largest acquisition ever, into the company to help create APS.
Brian served as CEO of aQuantive Inc., one of the fastest-growing global digital marketing companies in the world, from 1999 to 2007. In August 2007, Microsoft acquired aQuantive for $6 billion, Microsoft’s largest acquisition ever. At the time of the acquisition, aQuantive included three distinct business units: Razorfish, Atlas, and DRIVEpm. aQuantive had 50 offices in over 20 countries.


S. Steven Singh

S. Steven Singh

S. Steven Singh has served as Concur’s Chief Executive Officer since 1996 and as a director since 1993, including service as Chairman of the Board of Directors since September 1999. From 1993 to 1996, Mr. Singh was General Manager of the Contact Management Division at Symantec Corporation, an international technology firm focused on protecting information and computer systems. Mr. Singh serves as Chairman of the NBTA Foundation Board, serves on the board of directors of RightNow Technologies, AdReady, and Washington Roundtable, and is a member of the Voyager Capital Advisory Board. S. Steven Singh and Rajeev Singh are brothers.


Greg Gottesman

Greg Gottesman

Greg joined Madrona in 1997 and currently serves on the boards of AdReady, Bocada, Intrepid Learning Solutions, Physware, SchemaLogic, SourceLabs, ThinkFire, and WildTangent. He is also a board observer of BuddyTV. Greg managed the firm’s investments in Dantz Development Corporation (prior to its acquisition by EMC), Rendition Networks (prior to its acquisition by Opsware), Singingfish.com (prior to its acquisition by Thomson Consumer Electronics), LiveBid.com (prior to its acquisition by Amazon.com), and AdRelevance (prior to its acquisition by Media Metrix). Before joining Madrona, he worked as an Associate of the Boston Consulting Group. Greg graduated Phi Beta Kappa with honors and distinction from Stanford University, with honors and distinction from the Harvard Business School, and with honors from Harvard Law School where he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review.


Ajay Agarwal

Ajay Agarwal

Ajay joined Bain Capital Ventures in 2003. Prior to joining Bain Capital, he spent over seven years as a senior executive at Trilogy Software, a privately held enterprise software company based in Austin, Texas. As head of sales and marketing, Ajay grew Trilogy’s annual revenues to $300 million and led Trilogy’s product expansion into new areas such as enterprise pricing and enterprise incentive management. Prior to Trilogy, he was a consultant with the Los Angeles office of McKinsey & Company. Ajay holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He holds a patent for the “Method and Apparatus of Configuration Solutions.”


Karl Seibrecht

Karl Seibrecht

Karl oversees AdReady’s go-to market strategy and pursues new opportunities for increasing AdReady’s revenue and worldwide market share. Before joining AdReady, he was general manager in charge of ad platform product management, search and display marketing, and mobile and gaming advertising for Microsoft. Previously, Karl was president of Atlas at aQuantive, before its $6B acquisition by Microsoft—the largest purchase in Microsoft’s history. Prior to aQuantive, Karl was a manager at Bain & Company, a strategic consulting firm in Boston, MA. He also spent four years in the United States Navy as a Diving Officer. Karl earned an MBA with honors from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College, and a BA in Economics from Duke University. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of KingFM and EnergySavvy.com in Seattle.
