Karl Siebrecht
President and CEO

Karl is a veteran of the digital marketing technology industry, and joined AdReady as its President and CEO in 2009. Prior to AdReady, he was the president of Atlas at aQuantive, and helped facilitate its $6B acquisition by Microsoft – the largest purchase in Microsoft’s history. After, Karl served as general manager in charge of ad platform product management, search and display marketing, and mobile and gaming advertising at Microsoft. Before his time at aQuantive, Karl was a manager at the strategic consulting firm Bain & Company. Karl earned his BA in Economics from Duke University followed by a MBA with honors from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College. He also spent four years in the United States Navy as a Diving Officer. Currently, Karl serves on the Board of Directors of KING FM and EnergySavvy.com in Seattle.


Randy Wootton
Senior Vice President of Sales, Service and Marketing

Randy is responsible for executing AdReady’s sales, service and marketing initiatives for advertisers and agencies. He has more than eleven years experience in the software, Web and online advertising industries, and is a sought after speaker. Randy was previously Vice President of the Global Search and Online Marketplace at Microsoft, where he was instrumental in operationalizing Microsoft’s “Search Alliance” agreement with Yahoo! for the small and medium sized space. In this role, Wootton led a staff of more than 300 sales, marketing and support employees. While at Microsoft, Wootton also served as Chief of Staff for the Online Services and Windows Division and as head of the U.S. Specialist Sales organization. Prior to Microsoft, Randy spent 4.5 years at aQuantive where he ran the international division for Atlas and had roles in product management and marketing. Previously, he spent 8 years in the US Navy as a Bomardier/Navigator in A-6E intruders and an English instructor at the Naval Academy. Randy earned a BS from the Naval Academy, an MBA from Harvard’s Business School, and a MALA from St. John’s College. Finally, he serves on the advisory board for Parature Inc, Pathwise Leadership & Advising, and sits on the board for The Boyer Childrens’ Clinic.


Matt Carr
Senior Vice President of Product and Business Development

Matt runs the Product and Business Development team at AdReady, overseeing product strategy and strategic partnerships. Matt has more than ten years experience in the online advertising industry, ranging from rich media and video to targeting and creative management. He was previously General Manager of Display Advertising at Microsoft Advertising, where he was responsible for the Microsoft Media Network (Top 5 ad network), Atlas Advertiser Suite, premium advertising offerings on MSN and Windows live, and core display platform technologies. Previously, Matt headed up online marketing and media buying for GreaterGood.com, an online affinity shopping network. Matt holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University.


Teresa Kotwis
Vice President, Finance

Teresa oversees all aspects of AdReady’s finances, including corporate accounting, tax matters, and financial analysis. Teresa also leads AdReady’s human resources team. Prior to AdReady, she served as Corporate Controller for Onyx Software, with responsibility for worldwide SEC reporting, tax compliance, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Teresa was also the Vice President of Finance & Administration for Classmates Online, where she built and led a team that was responsible for accounting, legal issues, financial analysis, and treasury and cash management. She graduated summa cum laude and earned a BS in Management from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.


David Snelling
Vice President, Technology

David drives AdReady’s operational and technical initiatives and provides leadership to the technical and engineering teams. He has 20+ years of experience in the tech industry as an entrepreneur, architect and manager. Prior to AdReady, David was CEO of Soulcraft, Inc., which helped innovators and entrepreneurs secure funding and navigate the path from idea inception to company launch. Before Soulcraft, he served as Director of Architecture for Disney working specifically with Disney Online, ABC, ESPN, Parks and Resorts and Advanced Technology teams. Prior to Disney, he served as Chief Architect at DonorsChoose helping to setup the development team and cloud hosting architecture in preparation for expansion nationwide. Prior to DonorsChoose, he served as a Senior Architect in Product and Research areas for Microsoft in Search, Natural User Interface (combining search, machine learning, and natural language processing), MSN/Windows Live, MSNBC, and Safety (anti-spam, phishing, parental controls). Currently, David serves as an Advisor for DonorsChoose.org and Voicebox, as well as participating as a member of the CA Cloud Executive Advisory Board.


Olly Downs, Ph.D.
Chief Scientist

Olly ensures AdReady’s online display ad platform features the industry’s most advanced analytics capabilities to help clients target, reach and convert prospective customers with pinpoint accuracy. Olly’s work in applying abstract analytical ideas from mathematical, physical and statistical science to solve real-world problems has resulted in 21 U.S. patents pending and nine granted patents. Olly previously served as Chief Scientist at Atigeo, Chief Scientist at Mindset Media (sold to Meebo) and Director of Research at Pelago (sold to Groupon). As Principal Scientist at Inrix, the first technology spin-out from Microsoft Research, Olly was the first to provision real-time traffic information using a nationwide network of GPS-enabled probe vehicles. Olly also spent time in various research roles at Microsoft Research and Bell Labs. Olly holds BA, MA and MSci degrees from the University of Cambridge, UK, and Ph.D. and MA degrees from Princeton University.
